300 Miles to Buffalo
We arrived at Deer Park CG in Buffalo, WY about 3 pm. We've been here before but I'd forgotten how nice and "parklike" it is. Here we are in our satellite friendly site along with 2 other Datastormers nearby :)
By 3:30 we were outside visiting with neighbors Dick and Carol. We're all headed for Rapid City so we exchanged "things to do" with them. I'm looking forward to seeing the night show at Mt. Rushmore again.
We were visited by the resident turkey flock, begging for food. These guys are huge. Bet they don't make it through November. There's about a dozen of them gobbling their way through the campsites.
Today is our wedding anniversary...48 years. So to my special guy.....Happy Anniversary!! We have champagne on ice and steak in the fridge for a little celebration tonight.
